Gary Foster, owner of a software company came to LPI Design to create a brand. He didn’t have a name, but he had criteria. It needed to be easy to say, easy to spell, and end with .com. Also, an avid surfer and snowboarder, it had to somehow relate to his passion. Our writer, Tina Meazell and I threw a zillion names together and presented the list. Radical Bear jumped out at Gary, and so we had a name where the .com was available. Now, we needed to design the perfect logo to compliment such a rad name. Out came the sketchpad and pens, and our bear took shape. The end result is one of my favorite logos!
